Returns and Cancellations

What is the return policy for orders?

Your order will be reviewed, checked and shipped out without any defects from our end. However, if your purchase order is damaged during transit, please contact us at Info@studioneonattic.com or contact us at +91-7338877119 (9am-7pm) and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the piece will be fixed. Since all our furniture is customised and made to order, once sold the goods can’t be returned. Incase of any quality problem leading to damage, any visible defects and damages on the product need to be spotted and it’s pictures can be sent to us on WhatsApp/mail along with the order number. However, the product should be returned for repair within 12 hours from the time of receipt of the goods.

Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations are allowed on any furniture(s) once the order has been placed.

Brand and Stock

Will I get exactly what I see?

Each piece offered by LAB is exclusively customized to your liking and is against order. However, please note that all our products are specially hand-crafted for each of our customers and hence there may be slight variations in colour and finish.

What payment types do you accept?

We support the following payment options: Credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Debit card, Net Banking, UPI, PayPal or Direct wire transfer to our account. Cash – On – Delivery (COD) is STRICTLY not accepted.

Why is COD not an option?

As each product we offer is customized and against order, we would be requiring 100% payment as advance during order placement. A receipt of acknowledgement will be sent across to your mail within 12 hours once the order has been processed.

How does part payment work?

Since all our products are made to order, 100% prepayment on booking will be required for processing the order.

Privacy and Security

Do you keep my credit card details?

It is absolutely safe to use your credit card on our website. All sensitive information is transferred using the same encryption and physical security used by financial institutions. All transactions will be processed through a trusted Third party payment gateway (CC Avenue). As an alternative, LINENDOTS account detail which will serve as a direct payment link could be provided for ease of transaction.
